When you purchase an album that contains several songs, you will be able to download one ZIP file that contains all the songs. A ZIP file is a compression file and you just open it to be able to listen the songs. Usually you just have to double click it and it should open automatically, depending on your computer. However if you are still having trouble, you might consider downloading free software to uncompress the file from this site:

As soon as you make your purchase and complete the check out form, you will be automatically logged in and an email with your user name and password will be sent to you. However, depending on your email account, this email might go into your JUNK mail box. Please make sure you check your JUNK mail box if you can't find the email.

After you have finished your payment, our system will process it and send you back an e-mail with a link to download your track(s). This can take up to 24 hours. Even when you get confirmation of your payment from PayPal, it still takes up to 24 hours for the computer to release the link for the download.

Yes. We work with PayPal, which is one of the largest online payment companies in the world. So we do not store any data from your credit card. All that we ask is for your shipping address if you are buying a CD album. All your billing and credit card information is held by PayPal, not by us. That is why our online store is safe.
